Individual Activities Application Fees - Ohio Nurses Association

Application fees can be paid with check or credit card.

Checks must be made payable to the Ohio Nurses Association and mailed to 4000 East Main Street, Columbus OH 43213. Please include the assigned ONA ID/application #.

Note: In the past checks were to be made payable to the Ohio Nurses Foundation – please update your records to ensure they are made out to the Ohio Nurses Association. Checks to the Foundation will be returned. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!
