ONA Members at Alliance Community Hospital Vote To Ratify New Contract

ONA members at Alliance Community Hospital recently voted to ratify a new three year contract that keeps health care premiums affordable for working families. The contract also includes raises of 4.75% over a three year period and provides nurses with the opportunity to achieve paid overtime benefits. In addition, the new contract includes important provisions for paid vacation and paid sick leave for our members. As with all ONA contracts, safe staffing and patient care remain a priority. ONA looks forward to continuing to fight for fair contracts at the bargaining table. When ONA nurses unite, they achieve democracy and fairness at the workplace.
