When asked what advice she would give to new nurses entering the profession, Terry stated, “Participate and get involved in your profession and your career! Volunteer for committees, consider trying new and different things you never though you could/would do. Our profession offers so many wonderful opportunities that you may never known existed if you hadn’t traveled another path.”
